After one of the most amazing summers that I can remember the first signs of autumn has started to move along the brick walls of our house in Stockholm. Wind is actually moving through the apartment now when we open the windows and when I’m taking the morning walk by the lake the hoodie is up and my hands deep down in my pockets. The Swedish population can consider them selves lucky to be able to enjoy no less then four different and equally beautiful seasons through out the year. Soon we can expect red, yellow and orange colours everywhere mixed with the green, natural fireworks in the forests.

The last few days of my vacation I spent in the north of Sweden where my parents have a small and remote summer house that you only can reach by boat. Here the silence is complete, so close and so thick that it feels like it’s literally pressing on my eardrums. All I can hear when I listen is my own head, and the head is saying: Wow, this is what it’s like when we take away most of those things that we have created, this is how quiet the earth is”.
