I’ve noticed that images from the movie I saw yesterday evening comes up in my morning pranayama practice, or perhaps thought patterns connected to a late email conversation. I watch these images float up and dissolve like the screensaver on my computer. The good thing about yoga is that you can always start again, to be present, to get real, to connect. So I watch myself through out the breathing, the meditation, the gratitude and the moving of the body, noticing the process of starting again and again and again…
